Milo puts on the mask to battle an insane dogcatcher named Willamina Bubask who is capturing dogs for a sinister purpose. Meanwhile Walter stalks Stanley at the Cheap Chucky's Chili Cook-Off.

- A Day in the Limelight: The episode mostly revolves around Milo using the mask to help foil Willamina and Cheap Chucky's scheme and rescue the dogs they've kidnapped.
- Heroes Love Dogs: Stanley and The Mask as always love their dog so when Milo goes missing, The Mask decides to look for him instead of doing his usual thing which shows just much he cares about and loves that dog. When The Mask finally finds Milo, he gives out a very adorable hug to him.
- Everyone Has Standards: The Mask thinking of ways to punish Milo puts him in a electric chair which he realises that even for him it's cruel so he decides to take his face off so that Stanley can think of a way to punish him.

When The Mask sees that Milo has gone missing turns into a farmer to look for him and when he finds him turns into a policeman to tell him off for wandering off. He turns into a superhero in a red suit, a waiter at the table where Willamina and Walter are at, a guerrilla solider, a slim cook again, goes in a hazmat suit, a waiter again and finally as a Texan chilli
