Big "WHAT?!": The Madrigals have several of these when Mirabel reveals what she and Hiccup have decided to do, and a few more when Bruno reveals why they should go.
Call-Back: Camilo volunteers to go with the others to Berk, only for Pepa to remind him that he's grounded because of what happened with the twins and the spike trap. He defends himself by claiming it was a really good chicken leg.
Headache of Doom: Bruno usually gets a migraine when there is a vision that he has to have, and since most of his visions are bad, they qualify as this. In this case however, the vision he has is unambiguously good: Hiccup and Mirabel leave for Berk, face adversity, and then return and get married.
In Berk's culture, there is nothing more pathetic than begging, so when Stoick says that they need to get on their knees beg for Hiccup's help, it gets everyone's attention.
The fact that Bruno is smiling at one of his visions get's everyone's attention, as his visions usually predict bad things. They soon see why when his vision not only shows Hiccup and Mirabel returning from Berk, but that they get married.
