- Nice Job Breaking It, Hero: Berlin locks a bomb around Fitch's neck. Because it's activated by a remote detonator, the task force secures Fitch in the same box Reddington occasionally occupied in Season 1... except that once the bomb was cut off from outside signals, it switched to a secondary timer.
- Pet the Dog: While detained in a box in an attempt to defuse the bomb on his neck, Fitch reflects on all the agents he has sent to die over the years, agents that were "good people who died in the service of their country".
