Inspired by the most recent episode of Pentarou, Kusuri gets the idea to pair up the girls as "friend equipment". She starts by pairing up Yamame and Momiji so that the latter can massage the former's shoulders while she's working. Next, she pairs up Shizuka with Mimimi to supplement her beauty factor with a cuteness factor. She then pairs Nano and Ahko to enable them to display emotions that the other lacks. After that, she pairs Mei with Naddy for a freedom boost.
Moving on, Kusuri pairs Karane with Meme to help one another compensate for something. She then pairs Hahari with Yaku to give her a chance to be doted on. Afterward, she pairs Hakari with Chiyo to give the former a chance to dote on someone. She then pairs up Kishika, Kurumi, and Iku in a ring as a way to help one another resist their base urges. And finally, Kusuri attempts to pair herself with Rentarou, only for all the other girls to protest.
Defeated, Kusuri suggests all equipping to Rentarou as "girlfriend armor" before deciding to all go in for a kiss with the boy.
Tropes:
- Call-Back: When all the girls dive toward Rentarou chanting "kiss!", a footnote mentions that none of them are drugged, referencing the kissing zombie drug from Chapters 11 and 54.
- Moe Couplet: Kusuri invokes this by pairing Mimimi with Shizuka so the former's cuteness will become unbeatable. The tall, beautiful Mimimi combined with the small, adorable Shizuka results in a combination that leaves Nano speechless as she stares at them with a dumbfounded look on her face.
- Perpetual Motion Machine: Yamame and Momiji get dubbed as one when Momiji mentions being able to replenish her energy by groping Yamame.
