Absolute Zero is Teppen's twenty-fifth expansion.
Following the events of Sigma's Invasion, Leon finds himself stuck on the snow-covered planet EDN III, with Ada having been turned into a Cyber-Elf. The planet exists in an alternate dimension, one where humanity is subjgated by the evil Dr. Weil, ruling the planet from Neo Arcadia. Leon & the Cyber-Elf Ada join forces with Zero and the resistence to defeat Dr. Weil and find their way back home.

- Alternate Universe: The trailers describe the setting of this expansion as this.
- Big Bad: Dr. Weil.
- Brainwashed and Crazy: Rebecca and Billy seem to be this in this universe, gleefully executing any reploids they deem to be scrap.
- The Cameo: Bit appears in the background of the Wandering Guardian Byte (AZ 075) supplementary card, seemingly defeated for good after Sigma's Invasion.
- Evil Costume Switch: To reflect their brainwashed and evil states, Rebecca and Billy are dressed in alternate costumes from Resident Evil 0. Billy is in his "Wolf Force" costume, and Rebecca is wearing her bodysuit from the 2016 release's Wesker Mode.
- Fairy Companion: Whatever happened to Ada when she and Leon fell though the Space-Time Rift turned her into a Cyber-Elf. Fellow cyber-elves Balette, Martina, and Byse also all appear.
- Mini-Mecha: Lost Planet's iconic Vital Suits, VS for short, are all over this expansion. Leon is shown piloting the series' flagship suit, the PTX-40A.
- Sequel Episode: Serves as one to the Sigma's Invasion storyline. revealing what happened to Leon, Ada, and the Mirage Colosseum.
- Single-Biome Planet: EDN III is as cold as ever, with every inch of it we're shown covered in a thick blanket of snow.
