In a Batman (1966) Homage, Robin acts as the loyal and somewhat campy sidekick of Santa Claus, who must save Christmas from the villainous Coal Miner (voiced by Gilbert Gottfried).
- Bat Deduction: Parodied, in that the only clue that Santa and Robin keep finding is coal, yet Santa Claus is able to deduce something different (and completely accurate) every time.
- Beleaguered Assistant: As Santa's assistant, Robin is constantly berated and smacked about not only by the Coal Miner, but by Santa himself.
- Fake-Out Fade-Out: The episode is about to end midway through with an On the Next segment, but the narrator is too invested in the story to wait for the conclusion and continues the story immediately.
- Fastball Special: The Coal Miner's coal-powered train is defeated by Santa throwing Robin into its coal extractor.
