Beast Boy decides to visit his family, the Doom Patrol, who celebrate his return with a clambake. However, their next-door neighbor is The Brain, who's also hosting a clambake for the local homeowners association.
- Cranky Neighbor: The Brain is the Doom Patrol's next-door neighbor, who considers the team to be degenerates for not keeping their lawn pristine and trying to host their own party without proper permits.
- Gender Flip: The Teen Titans Go! version of Doom Patrol has a Negative Girl instead of a Negative Man.
- Kaiju: The Brain's clambake turns out to be a cover for mutating a clam into a building-sized monster in order to destroy the Doom Patrol's house.
- Out of Focus: The Story Arc focuses on Beast Boy and, aside from Robin briefly appearing at the start to state that nobody's going to miss Beast Boy while he's away, none of the other Titans even appear during this episode.
- Story Arc: This is the start of a four-episode arc featuring the Doom Patrol.
- Totally Radical: The Chief wants to be seen this way, obsessed with playing a VHS of him doing skate tricks in his wheelchair.
