Penny starts a ride service to pick kids up after school, but keeping the business going smoothly is no easy task. Meanwhile, Oscar runs into trouble with his simian employee Mr. Chips..
- The Bus Came Back:
- Sir Paid a Lot made a return to the series.
- Some of Dijonay’s younger siblings return. Even Basil gets another speaking role.
- The reoccurring Ahnold from the original series as the Animal Rights Inspector.
- Calling the Old Man Out: Penny does this when she confronts her parents about failing to pick her up on time.
- Company Cross References: As Suga Mama best puts it, Oscar ends up playing "Spider-Man" after getting scared and sticking to the ceiling... until he falls off.
- Face Palm: Trudy and Suga Mama when Penny admits that she's Oscar's daughter.
- Fly Crazy: A fly starts bugging Bobby, and he takes out a fly swatter. Just as it lands on "Fly Guy", he ends up hitting him into the barrel instead. Technically, Bobby did swat a fly, just not the one he intended.
- Karma Houdini Warranty: As Suga Mama had lampshaded in the previous episode, Oscar ends up going to prison. Though not for his dangerous amusement park, but for faking Mr. Chips’ driver’s license.
- Mutagenic Food: In a flashback, a version of Oscar's Proud Snacks mutated a crab into a giant monster. At the end, a worm apparently mutated by his snacks attacks him.
- Oh, Crap!: Trudy has this when she realizes that Oscar forgot to pick the twins up.
- Paper-Thin Disguise: Mr. Chips as Carmichael only wears a wig, mustache and a different set of clothes, and it's pretty easy to tell he's a monkey. Yet Dijonay, who wouldn't even fall for something as obvious as the Gross Sisters' attempts at deception in the original series, is too gullible to see through his disguise.
- Parental Neglect: Oscar was too busy with Mr. Chips to even bother paying attention to Penny and the twins. He even forgets to pick them up twice.
- Precocious Crush: Peabo spent his interview time trying to hit on the teenagers, and he hits on the attractive LaCienega.
- Red Right Hand: Neato Tito’s hand got mutated into a claw after Oscar’s last appearance on Crab Barrel.
- Screams Like a Little Girl: Oscar screamed when one of Trudy’s puppies was on his shoulder.
- Shout-Out:
- Snap Back: Just how exactly Oscar manages to get out of prison between this episode and the next is never delved into.
- So Proud of You: Trudy, Suga Mama, and Oscar express this of Penny when her business idea, Get In, turns out to be a huge success.
- Throw the Dog a Bone: After everything Mr. Chips was put through in this episode, while Oscar remains in jail at the end of the episode, the Monkey is released.
- Title Drop: Penny does this a few times with her company.
- Unwitting Instigator of Doom: Dijonay incompetently approves a disguised Mr. Chips as a driver, which not only gets the monkey in trouble, but causes Penny’s business to tank.
- Wheel o' Feet: Oscar develops these when Suga Mama scares him Pennywise style.
- Yank the Dog's Chain: Just when things are looking up for Penny and Oscar, Vanessa Vue reveals a Get In scandal caused by Mr. Chips driving a car with a fake license, causing the company to go bankrupt. To make matters worse, Mr. Chips and Oscar are arrested on the grounds of a fake driver’s license.
