Cloud 9's new Curbside Pickup option for customers irks employees, in particular Jonah and Cheyenne, who are determined to prove Dina - and her doubts they can get the order completed in the allotted half-hour slot - wrong. Amy's attempts to try and set her brother Eric up with Mateo become more intense as the previous falter, and, after watching him be impressed by a high-tech VR headset, Sandra sets up a bonding session between Garrett and Jerry.

- Comically Missing the Point: Jonah remarks that the rush of curbside pickup may reduce the employees to peeing in bottles. Dina earnestly asks if he'd like to pee in a bottle, missing the point of his criticism.
- Running Gag: Amy keeps calling her brother cute or hot, which makes people repeatedly assume she's attracted to him.
- Shipper with an Agenda: Downplayed. While Amy does seem to think Eric and Mateo would be good for one another, one big reason she tries to hook them up is to get Eric out of her house and get him a social life.
- Surprise Incest: Marcus learns Justine's last name and realizes that they share a cousin... and subsequently realizes he shouldn't have sex with Justine anymore.
