A winter storm strands the staff and some customers in the store.
Tropes:
- Air Quotes: When Mateo says that Jonah's groaning when he moves bugs the other employees, Jonah uses air quotes saying he won't do anything else that "bugs" them. Cheyenne then calls him out for making those annoying "bunny ears" with his fingers.
- Cabin Fever: Mentioned, but while the characters get a smidge hostile, the snow is cleared before it can really hit.Glenn: Let's be nice to each other, you know. Spending all this time together can make us a little bit bonkers.
Dina: It's true. Do you know how many murders happen on submarines? - Copycat Mockery:
- Jonah makes fun of Cheyenne's Verbal Tic by saying "um" every other word. She doesn't catch onto it.
- Mateo mocks Amy saying that sharing what annoys them about everybody else "sounds like a real bad idea" by repeating, "That sounds like a real bad idea," in an obnoxious voice.
- Call-Back: Glenn checks on Jonah and Amy, who are sharing a mattress, to ensure that they won't end up getting it on and making another Cloud 9 sex tape.
- Hypocritical Heartwarming: The staff goes around saying each other's annoying attributes, but when one of the customers try to join in, they shut him out because he isn't part of the family.
- Snowed-In: They spend the night in the store because the strong wind and snow make it impossible to drive home, and then spend the next day in because the large snow blocked the exit.
- Take That!: Mateo compares the snowstorm to the cold critical receptions to Drake's and Justin Timberlake's latest albums.
