Back from the Dead: Heidi, though her face is eclipsed, the mundane from the bleeder deens who was killed in season 2 by a vampire...is resurrected as a vampire by Raphael to figure out how to become a Daylighter himself by doing experiments on her. He turns to this method when Simon won't tell him.

Now that Ollie already knows that he is a werewolf and leads a pack of his own, she keeps on pestering him to admit that it's true, but Luke, knowing that the Shadow World would be dangerous for mundanes, keeps dismissing her by claiming that she's just stressed with work and suggest her to take some days off. However, after Ollie tries to arrest a mundane named Tim Dempsey, realizing too late he's possessed by a demon, she gets attacked and hospitalized, leaving Luke with no choice but to confirm everything she already knew about the Shadow World.
Catapult Nightmare: Jace has a nightmare in which he kills Clary, with her brother Jonathan present.
Hospital Hottie: Isabelle meets Charlie, a handsome doctor who works at the same hospital as Catarina and helps her get a snack out of a vending machine after she violently kicked it.
O.O.C. Is Serious Business: Alec becomes concerned about Magnus after learning that he lost his High Warlock of Brooklyn position, especially when he stopped by at his place and saw how elated he was to see clients again. Caterina mentions to Alec that the last time he talked to him, Magnus went crazy.
Secret-Keeper: Despite Clary convincing Jace that they have to tell Alec about the wish she made to Raziel to bring him back from the dead, Jace adamntly insists they keep the secret, since if the Clave found out, they would lock her in the Gard for the rest of her life.
Surprisingly Realistic Outcome: Magnus being stripped of his position as the High Warlock of Brooklyn was a result of his aligning and the warlocks to the Seelie Queen, especially after it was known she had betrayed the entire Downworld by allowing Valentine to get past through the wards that prevented him from leaving the city, though she gets no punishment for it.
