Jerry has a gorgeous new girlfriend, Sidra, but can't help but wonder if her breasts are real or implants. Elaine tells him she's sure they're fake and he decides not to see her again. An encounter in the sauna leads Elaine to think otherwise. George has to attend an out-of-town funeral and does his best to get a discounted airfare. At the wake George is accosted by a mourner after George double dips his chip in the dip.

- Hair-Trigger Temper: Timmy, George's girlfriend's brother, flies straight into a rage when he catches George double dipping a chip. George, being the total jerk he is, brushes him off, only to be straight out attacked by Timmy.
- Hypocritical Humor: George, as he tries to scam the airline into giving him a fake bereavement fare:
- George: What kind of a sick person would do a thing like that?
- Irony: At the behest of Jerry and Kramer, George accompanies his then-girlfriend to the wake and funeral of her aunt, believing that his being there for her during her trying time will greatly upgrade their relationship. Instead, no thanks to some shenanigans at the wake (most notably George getting into a fight with his girlfriend's brother about double dipping a chip), their relationship crashes and burns.
- Moment Killer: When Jerry is about to finally learn for himself whether or not Sidra's breasts are real, Kramer bangs on the door with an emergency: he needs to borrow Jerry's swim trunks before he leaves for vacation. The moment is further killed when Elaine shows up, causing Sidra to believe Jerry sent Elaine into the sauna on purpose to find out if her breasts are real, and she leaves.
- Thanks for the Mammary: While at the sauna, Elaine trips and accidentally grabs at Sidra's breasts to catch herself.
