As the Gingamen mourn the death of Hyuuga, Captain Zahab begins the Balban's plan of reawakening their Demon Beast Daitanix.
Episode Tropes:
- Big Damn Heroes: The Starbeasts come to help the Gingamen against a giant Kolshizer.
- Bittersweet Ending: While the Gingamen kill Kolshizer and save the city, they lose their home in the form of the Ginga Forest.
- Early-Bird Cameo: Komuhachi (Budoh's Majin), Medoumedou (Illies' Majin), and Dangs (Battobas' Majin) make brief appearances in this episode, but they are not used by Zahab to attack the city.
- Honor Before Reason: The Gingamen are told to go into the city and stop a Balban attack, but they choose to stay at the Ginga Forest when Shelinda invades it for its energy. It takes Elder Orghi petrifying the forest that forces the team to follow his orders.
- Living Macguffin: Daitanix is the only member of the Balban Army who did not reawaken in the previous episode, and Zahab makes it the group's priority to awaken the beast. This sets up the villain's main goal for the majority of the series.
- Near-Villain Victory: Thanks to Shelinda, the Balban almost had a chance to revive Daitanix with the energy of the forest. That is until Orghi uses a spell to petrify the forest and shatter the bomb that was used to absorb the energy.
- We ARE Struggling Together: The Balban Generals show that they cannot work as a team and bicker constantly over who should go first in their invasion. Captain Zahab has to force a pick where Sambash is chosen to lead the first attack.
- You Can't Go Home Again: The Gingamen are forced to leave the Ginga Forest when Orghi petrifies it to stop Shelinda from stealing its energy.
