- Asshole Victim: the rich aliens who bet the players into slaughtering one another in a brutal sport get a taste of their own medicine from Rick and Lynn. No reader feels sorry for it.
- Brought Down to Badass: Lynn has since lost the Infinity Balls that provided godlike power, plus being fresh out from fighting Lincoln, but she temporarily regains those powers while fighting the aliens in the stadium with Rick.
- Heel Realization: Lynn comes to grips with how much of a toxic person she was, especially towards her baby brother. She breaks down in tears.
- I'm a Monster: Lynn calls herself that after everything she did, having regretted her actions and is now forced to face the consequences from those she wronged.
- My God, What Have I Done?: Lynn begins realizing the damage she did on her family and regrets it with heavy heart.
- Murder Is the Best Solution: To help her get over those past events, Rick suggests slaughtering the rich aliens on the stadium, in which Lynn reluctantly agrees. As horrible as that was, the aliens had it coming.
- Once Done, Never Forgotten: While the siblings forgive her for her sins, her actions will always leave a mark on their memories, and it will take some work to earn some true grace from them, and Lynn knows it.
- Original Generation: This is one of the few chapters that isn't based on an existing Rick and Morty or Loud House episode. Likewise, Blonko Grubhub, the owner of the titular "Blood Sport", is an original character for this fanfic.
- This Is Unforgivable!: Lola expresses this in regards to Lynn's actions. She does forgive her, albeit with a hard warning not to do it ever again.
