The Brick Gulch Chronicles
"Yo, you ever hear that multiverse theory? Way, crazy, amigo. A bunch of eggheads think there's an unlimited number of parallel universes. Like, there could be one where no one has heard of Red vs. Blue. It could be like Green vs. Beige, or there could be a universe where we're all fish. I don't know why I said fish as an example; maybe there's a universe out there where I made a better analogy. Let's all swim to that one. Dude, there could even be a universe where we don't even exist, or we're just part of someone's dream. Maybe we're in that universe right now. Maybe this is all part of some kid's imagination. That... Would be weird."
— Vic
Some would describe the Reds and Blues as blockheads, but they'll all of their bricks to survive being mutilated by the overlord...a young boy named Malcolm.
Tropes:
- Alternate Universe: As invoked by Vic in the opening.
- Big Brother Bully: It is a bit unclear if Malcolm is this or an Annoying Younger Sibling since we don't know the age of his brother, but he does steal his brother's toys with the intent of destroying them in his "science experiments" despite knowing that his mother has told him constantly they aren't his toys.
- Birthday Episode: It's Sarge's birthday in this episode. Grif and Simmons have to find him a gift, since they missed out on the chance to make him a birthday brunch in bed.
- Living Toys: The Red and Blues are living plastic toys, and their bases are made of LEGO.
- Unexplained Recovery: Donut is dropped into a jar of acid, dissolves, and then shows up just fine when it's brought up, to Church's bafflement.
