The second episode of "Pokémon Evolutions", where Lillie tries to rescue Nebby while also trying to save her mother from the clutches of the Prism Pokémon, Necrozma.

- Badass in Distress: Poor Nebby didn't know what Necrozma could be capable of until it was merged with it.
- The Cameo: Guzma appears in small pockets of the episode, supporting Lusamine in trying to catch Necrozma.
- Continuity Cavalcade: To Ultra Moon. While Lillie having Nebby evolve as a Lunala confirms this episode takes place in the Moon continuity, the existence of Dawn Wings Necrozma confirms that the episode takes place in the Ultra Moon games. Although the flashbacks might allude to the Moon games.
- Cliffhanger: The episode ends before Lillie and the heroes battle Dawn Wings Necrozma.
- Despair Event Horizon: Lillie almost crosses this when she sees Dawn Wings Necrozma opening more Ultra Wormholes for its own purposes. Thankfully, she regains her determination to save Nebby and is accompanyed by Selene.
- Doomed by Canon: Unfortunately, despite Nebby's best efforts (and landing some well-timed hits) against Necrozma, it's still fused with the Prism Pokémon.

- Olympus Mons: Two Legendary Pokémon star in this episode, the benevolent Moone Pokémon Lunala, and the otherworldly Prism Pokémon Necrozma.
- "Ray of Hope" Ending: Nebby's been absorbed by Necrozma, becoming its Dawn Wings form. Then it opens more Ultra Wormholes. But with newfound determination and with Selene by her side, Lillie still has hope that she can save Nebby, tame Necrozma, and save Alola.
