Team Shadow has infected Androrg with a virus, corrupting its security list and turning it and all the Guardroid against the heroes and allowing Team Shadow to invade. Now the heroes must fight the corrupted security force while trying to stop Chrysalis from stealing the Heart Fragment and Shadow Spear.
- Brainwashed and Crazy: The virus that was upload into Androrg's systems essentially does this to it and all the Guardroid. It swaps the security list in its system with another one listing Chrysalis and her grunts, meaning they won't be attacked and turning the security force against everyone in the empire.
- Dark Is Evil: Flash comments how Skullvoc sounds like the kind of Pokémon Team Shadow would use.
- Oh, Crap!: Sombra takes a small inward breath and gets a small beat of sweat when everyone discovers the device he planted on Androrg. But lucky for him nobody ever connects him to it.
- MacGuffin: Team Shadow is after the remaining Crystal Fragment and the Shadow Spear.
- Right for the Wrong Reasons: When everyone finds the device that uploaded the virus into Androrg, they realize that someone put it on Androrg to take down the defense systems and keep them all busy. Twilight assumes that someone put it on Androrg the previous night, or forced it on after knocking it out. They are partially right since Sombra snuck it on, but did it discreetly while in plain view of everyone while patting Androrg on the back. They are also correct Team Shadow is responsible for it, but due to not knowing Sombra's connection to them never suspect him once.
