The KikoRiki arrive at the uninhabited island with a huge mountain in the middle. Barry explains that this mountain might contain new rare plant species that can make a breakthrough in botany. The crew digs their way into the mountain and discover many wonderful plants. Rosa questions how they stayed alive without any water or gardening, so Barry explains that many plants are able to survive without those materials.
However, they notice that the mountain doesn't have any insects inside, and after Rosa accidentally touches one of the plants, they discover that they have long dried out without anything to help them grow with. At night, Rosa discovers a living leaf slithering inside of the cave, so she follows it and discovers a huge predatory plant that takes her away. Later, Krash notices Rosa's gone, so they go to look for her. While searching, they too come across the predator plant, and want to destroy it, but Rosa appears and stops them. She explains that it was just hungry, and had caught some fish that it could eat. Barry decides that this plant might be a pescetarian, and that they could feed him to gain more useful materials from it. With that in mind, they decide to go fishing to feed the plant.
