  23. Amber: The trio helps the sheriff find Rippen and the sheriff's daughter from raiding all the Cow-o-saurs.

  32. Boone’s Apprentice: Boone gets help from his own apprentice named Hogarth to stop Rippen from taking over the world using the eclipse spell.
  33. The QPC: When Penn’s Uncle Chuck and Aunt Rose accidentally break the QPC that traps Penn, they must work together to save him.
  34. Shirley B. Awesome: The trio becomes military action figures and finds Sashi’s idol to save the world.
  35. Massive Morphy Merge Mechs: The trio and the part-time villains must try to put aside their differences to protect an alien planet.
  36. Ultrahyperball: When the fate of two alien planets is tied to the outcome of a sporting event, Penn finds a loophole in the game and must convince the two opposing coaches to admit their love for each other in order to save both planets.
  37. Zap One: The flashback episode resolves how the trio first met, how Penn’s parents are trapped, how he saves the world for the first time before becoming a part-time hero.
  38. Save the Worlds: In the first Season Finale, the trio works together with their allies to seal up the wormholes from devouring the Multiverse.

  1. The Pirates, the Parrot, the Puzzles and the Talking Boats: Continuing after the season finale, the trio encounter a group of pirates to conquer dangerous puzzles.
  2. Alpha, Bravo, Unicorn: The trio return to the Dragon World to help Blaze beat his archrivals: the unicorns.
  3. A Game of Cat and Mouse: As the trio tried to stop a spaceship from getting devoured into the black hole, Rippen and Penn get turned into a cat and mouse.
  4. Wings of Destiny: The trio find themselves in a fairy wrestling universe to save it.
  5. Sensitivity Training: Back at the Ocean World, Larry mentors Sashi to control her impulsiveness and sensitivity.
  6. The Bewildering Bout of the Outstanding Automatons: At the Steampunk World, Larry and Boone are inventors and entered the boxing automaton match.
  7. Back to the Past of Future Balls: Penn helps a pariah bouncy ball time travel to stop Rippen from altering the balls’ greatest victory.
  8. A Tale of Two Wizards: A return to the Knight World causes issues for Boone when he meets a wizard that's better than him in every way.
  9. Rockillan, Papyron, Scissorian: In a Rock, Paper, Scissors fantasy village, the trio must face an army of scissors.
  10. Be My Ghost: The trio as comedic ghosts must save a comedian ghost from the part-time villains as ghost hunters.
  11. The Chinchilla: When Penn and Boone are assigned to babysit the former’s uncle and aunt’s beloved Chinchilla, they try to keep him safe when they take him to the mission with them.
  12. The Kobayashis: Phyllis and the trio must try to keep Sashi’s parents from finding out about her secret life.
  13. Cereal Fugitives: Rippen and Larry work together with the Milkman to find the treasure and take over the Cereal World.
  14. The Last Mountain Beast: As Penn tries to find the remaining shards, he starts to spiral in a panic attack.
  15. Ninki Ninja Fight Town: The trio find themselves in an anime world and try to save it from Rippen and Penn’s fears of what he looks like.
  16. My Mischievous Son: In the Sitcom World, Penn Zero (as Mr. Wright) must make sure that dinner with the boss goes well and that Rippen (as Max) doesn't play any prank jokes.
  17. That Purple Guy: The trio return to the forest alien world to help the princess find her true love.
  18. Rootilda: When Boone gets kidnapped, Penn and Sashi return to Plantywood to find him.
  19. The Most Dangerous World Imaginable: When Brock gets kidnapped, it's up to Vonnie to rescue him.
  20. Trading Faces: When an accident with the multiverse portal goes awry, Rippen and Larry had their bodies swap.
  21. 13 Big Problems: When Boone gets a bad report card from Phyllis, angering his parents, he decides to fix this while on their mission in the Giant Monster World.
  22. Mr. Rippen: Another flashback episode resolves how Rippen meets Larry, how the former traps Penn’s parents in the Most Dangerous World Imaginable, and how he became a part-time villain.
  23. At the End of the Worlds: In the 44-minute Grand Finale, the trio collected enough shards and embarked on one last adventure to find Penn’s parents and save the multiverse.
