With each moment becoming critical as the ship is flipped upside down, Athena and Bobby take charge, seeking methods for rescue while navigating efforts to guide survivors to safety. Meanwhile, Hen defies protocols in her search for Bobby and Athena.

- Big Disaster Plot: Continued from the previous 2 episodes, the ship continues sinking, now caught in a storm.
- Character Catchphrase: On the helicopter ride, Hen, Chimney, Buck and Eddie agree "Who cares?" is this for the 118.
- Crime After Crime: The pirates' decision to sink the ship with a bomb ultimately leaves them with a 4-person body count, when if they hadn't done that, they wouldn't be facing any murder charges in regards to the hijacking if they are ultimately caught, especially considering Norman ends up surviving his gunshot wound. While they could not have known the tropical storm they steered the ship towards would become a Category 5 hurricane and spawn a rogue wave that would capsize the ship, the bombing prevented the crew from being able to turn the ship around and avoid the rogue wave which ends up claiming 3 lives in addition to the crew member who was killed when the bomb went off.
