Technicolor and Techniscope? Well lah-de-dah!

Film watched: The Million Eyes of Sumuru (1967).

This is the first film since Season 3's Star Force: Fugitive Alien II to have been originally shown in an episode of the KTMA season.

The Segments:

Prologue
  • Dr. Kabahl, the strange financier from the future, is back with Kinga and Max to discuss new ways to penetrate the market. He suggests merchandising gimmicks like cute sidekicks and vehicles, and also a bigger presence on MySpace, which according to him will make a big comeback in the future.

Segment 1/Invention Exchange

  • The 'Bots have made an incredible discovery about Jonah... he's tall! Kinga's invention is a sadistic take on coffee, the Mug of Doom, which shows one's greatest mortal fears as they're about to drink that first cup. Jonah's Business Skittles allows one to taste the beige rainbow of fruit-flavored corporate drudgery.

Segment 2

  • There's more letters than a bowl of alphabet soup involved as Jonah receives his acronym-laden assignment from the 'Bots.

Segment 3

  • Jonah gives the 'Bots a crash course on how to be an effective C.I.A. agent when dealing with Sumuru, which consists of always hiding like a creep, ignoring all obvious warning signs, and doing what you're told without question.

Post-Intermission

  • Jonah calls a meeting with Emily and Joel to discuss their plans in rhyme. Emily has some information that she claims will let them take control, but it has to wait for Movie Sign.

Segment 4

  • Jonah reports an incoming ion storm that's about to hit the SOL and fry the 'Bots into insanity. It turns out to be Jonah's attempt at a practical joke, which Crow and Servo do not find funny.

Segment 5

  • Kinga is insulted at Jonah's claim that Sumuru was a lousy villain and leads the Moon 1 crew in a song proclaiming how Sumuru was an inspiration for the supervillainesses of today.
