In this spy thriller, Agent Vanessa Cumberbatch is grieving over her partner Carlotta (both romantic and professional) who was killed by the villainous Madame Glove. But her chance for revenge comes when Glove returns, and Cumberbatch (along with her talking koala sidekick, Jeffries) is sent to the Amazon rainforest (after a brief detour to Moscow) to destroy a deadly drugs operation.

Tropes in this episode:

  • Actor Allusion: Harry Kershaw plays an incompetent secret service technician called Giles; he had a walk-on role as one of Q's assistants in Skyfall.
  • Bestiality Is Depraved: Zigzagged. Cumberbatch's relationship with Koala Jeffries is played fairly seriously, but Colin the Zookeeper's pretending to be a female koala in order to pick up other koalas is definitely looked on with disgust by the other characters.
  • Boom, Headshot!: Glove shoots Nev in the head, before Trev does the same to Kev. Then himself, but is protected by a metal helmet.
  • Double Reverse Quadruple Agent: Trev is supposedly Madame Glove's mole in the service, but is in fact Giles the Technician's uncle masquerading as a henchman pretending to be a mole.
  • Oh, Crap!: When Trev remembers he is supposed to be the mole in the secret service (and thus in a scene taking place on a separate continent), he drops a quick "oh shit" before fleeing the scene.
    • Giles realising he has summoned the agents to Moscow (on the company payroll) when it was clear Madame Glove was hiding out in the rainforest.
  • Running Gag: Oscar/Jonathan Sayer's exasperation with Harry Kershaw's inability to remember names and plot details really picks up steam here.
  • Unexplained Recovery: Madame Glove survives a grenade to the face in the prologue with no ill effect, and no explanation is offered.
