Bambang gets to be a guest star in Outdoor Chef, but he is starting to realize that the life of celebrity is not for him. With Alan's help, Prima sells the "trendy" clothes he originally bought for Bambang.
This episode provides examples of:
- Breaking the Fourth Wall: After thinking about the morality of lying in the television industry in the ending quote, Bambang asks the audience what should he do now, to Mami Bibir's confusion.
- Brief Accent Imitation: Alan appeals to Mami Bibir before asking for some junk to sell. Mami Bibir responds to Alan's appeal with his Batak accent.
- Continuity Nod: Alan's first thought when he sees Prima ironing a lot of clothes is that Prima must have want to restart their laundry bussiness.
- Copycat Mockery: Prima is angsting about how Bambang become a celebrity before him. Alan finds it funny and mocks it by repeating it.
- Garage Sale: Alan and Prima's subplot of the episode. They sell unused clothes that Prima bought for Bambang, along with other stuff they get from the neighborhood.
- Hypocritical Humor: Pipin of all people corrects Alan when he (probably jokingly) interprets "di medan perang" (on battlefield) as "di Medan perang" (battle in Medan).
- Imagine Spot: Pipin, Alan and Prima imagines how Bambang could use his fame to promote Pipin's gado-gado, namely with a dance and a song.
- Inner Thoughts, Outsider Puzzlement: Saodah is confused upon seeing Pipin, Alan and Prima zoning out because of their Imagine Spot.
- Literal-Minded: Pipin calls out Alan for stating he "would drive Saodah to the Moon" when he only has a motorcycle.
- Say My Name: Since Bambang is still sleeping on the morning, Mami Bibir wakes him up by screaming his name (which cracks the camera). When Bambang insists that the clock is probably wrong and goes back to sleep, Mami Bibir screams his name again.
- Take a Third Option:
- Bambang arrives at the dorm and Prima and Mami Bibir immediately asks him whether he choose Prima or Mami Bibir without context. Bambang replies he choose Melani.
- After given explanation that Prima and Mami Bibir were talking about which one Bambang want to be his manager, Bambang instead finds choosing too hard and refuse to be a celebrity altogether. Prima and Mami Bibir are forced to work together and share the position in order to change Bambang's mind.
