Since Bambang did a good job taking care of the lost elderly in the last episode, so he gets another job: taking care of an elderly Nancy.

This episode provides examples of:

  • Bait-and-Switch: When Bambang tells Melani the sad story of Nancy's late husband, Melani gives him a tissue. Not for wiping soon-to-be-shed tears, but for wiping sauce in his face.
  • Company Cross References: The names used for Bybyr Agency's casting script are Dimas and Gita, taken from another NET.—Limelight show Cinta dan Rahasia.
  • Literal Metaphor: When Alan arrives in Nancy's house and sees an exhausted Bambang, Bambang explains that his life burden is getting heavier. As in he is forced to give Nancy a piggyback ride.
  • Literal-Minded: Mami Bibir tells Pipin that she opens a casting to find new "seeds" for her agency. Pipin tells Mami Bibir that she has some and gives Mami Bibir plant seeds.
  • Malaproper:
    • During the start of the casting, Mami Bibir and Prima have a lengthy banter where Prima tries to correct every single English word that Mami Bibir pronounced wrong.
Mami Bibir: They just got the script. Do you think they're The Plash who can read it fast?
Prima: The Flash. You meant The Flash.
      [...]
Mami Bibir: That's Melani's fashion. She wants to work on television.
      Prima: Passion, Mi, passion.
Mami Bibir: Passion is patient, sick people. Do you think I don't know?
      Prima: That's a different word—
Melani: Mami, have you had breakfast?
Mami Bibir: Nope. Why? You want to make me breakpast?
      Prima: That's break
Mami Bibir: You talk too much, tilapia! Shut up! You're embarassing me in front of the kids.
    • Later, Bambang requests for his car to be given "anti-ice-cream" model, when he meant "anti-mainstream".
  • Subverted Catchphrase: After Bambang gives another advice, Alan asks whether this is one of Bambang's father's words like usual. No, this time, it is Bambang's own words.
  • Working with the Ex: Defied. Prima's Old Flame Rena decides to not work in Bybyr Agency because she doesn't want to rekindle her feelings.
