- “Avalanche!" / "Reckless Rescue”: Nix and Fulmen need to stop an avalanche from destroying a village in Nepal. / Thermo and Nubess have to save some polar bears who are adrift on a piece of ice in Russia.
- “Jungle Of Fire" / "SOS Bees”: Pluvia and Fulmen need to put out a huge fire in the Amazon Rainforest. / Nubess and Ventum have to save some bees after being threatened by toxic pesticides.
- “The Black Spill" / "Lost Whales”: Thermo and Ventum need to clean up the North Sea after an oil spill from a broken pipeline from Dr. Makina's oil rig. / Nubess and Nix have to save the leader of a whale family who's stuck in a net on the Australian Coast.
- “Acid Rains" / "Blue Gold”: Thermo, Nix, Pluvia and Ventum need to stop acid rain from falling on Rome, Italy. / Fulmen and Pluvia need to figure out who is stealing all the water from the oases in the Sahara Desert.
- “The Forbidden Flower" / "Smog Monster”: Thermo and Nix have to save a very rare flower from being stolen by the Maculans. / Pluvia and Ventum need to get rid of toxic smog in China.
- “Murky Waters" / "Scary Waste”: Thermo and Fulmen have to remove a family of carp fish who are threating the biodiversity of a river in Australia. / Nubess and Pluvia need to find out who's dumping toxic waste into the river near the American-Mexican border.
- “Monstrous Traffic Jam" / "Overflowing River”: Thermo and Pluvia have to clear up a traffic jam after a car accident in Moscow, Russia. / Nix and Ventum have to stop a flood in a river in Italy.
- “Fire And Flames" / "Welcome Mr. Ro-Bin”: Thermo, Nubess and Pluvia have to put out a forest fire in Germany. / Nix and Fulmen and their new robot friend Mr. Ro-Bin have to sort out a pile of trash that has been dumped in a small town in Russia.
- “Hot Water" / "The Fishnet And The Fishnut”: Thermo and Ventum need to save some fish who are in hot water. / Fulmen and Pluvia have to save some marine life who are being caught in a giant net in the Mediterranean Sea.
- “Fiat Lux" / "A Mountain Of Rubbish”: Thermo, Nubess and Fulmen need to shut off the spotlight on top of Dr. Makina's hotel, which has stopped the storks' migration to Africa. / Nix and Ventum have to stop climbers from dumping trash on a mountain in the Alps.
- “Sea Traffic Accident" / "Dangerous Dive”: Nix and Pluvia have to clear up an accident in a harbour in the Mediterranean Sea. / Thermo and Nubess have to shut down a water park that's disturbing the lives of animals at a national park by the borders of Argentina and Brazil.
- “Solar Path" / "Icy Tsunami”: Pluvia and Fulmen need to find out who's stealing solar panels from a bicycle path in Germany. / Thermo, Nix and Ventum have to save a village when a piece of an iceberg breaks off.
- “A Cavern Of Wonders" / "Puffin Heights”: Thermo and Nubess have to save some kids who get stuck in a cave. / Nubess and Nix have to find out what's interrupting the puffins' migration in the UK.
- “Save The Panther" / "Miraculous Syrup”: Nubess and Fulmen have to save a panther and other animals who have disappeared from a protected wildlife park in India. / Thermo, Nubess and Pluvia need to save some frogs who are being kidnapped in the rainforest of Peru.
- “Green Waves” (two-parter): Thermo, Ventum and Pluvia have to figure out why there's a heavy amount of algae in the ocean in China.
- “What’s That Smell" / "Mysterious White Coral”: Nix and Ventum have to figure out what's causing a horrible smell, and save some chickens, on a farm in the United States. / Pluvia and Fulmen need to figure out who is stealing stuff from a laboratory in Queensland, Australia.
- “Reindeer Rescue" / "The Salt Lake”: Thermo and Nix have to help some reindeer who are migrating in Canada. / Ventum and Pluvia have to find out why the water in a salt lake has disappeared.
- “Poisioned Gold" / "Noise Pollution”: Thermo and Fulmen have to shut down Dr. Makina's poisonous mine in South America. / Nubess and Fulmen need to save some dolphins and shut down Dr. Makina's sonar.
- “Blackout” (two-parter): The Meteo Heroes have to power up the whole of New York City after a power outage.
- “Fish Heist" / "Antarctica Dive”: Thermo and Pluvia need to find the fish that has been stolen from the Coral Triangle. / Nix, Fulmen and Peeguu need to stop the Maculans from breaking up the ice in Antarctica.
- “Stubble Fires" / "Dubious Spray Cans”: Nubess and Pluvia have to put out some stubble fires in India. / Nix and Fulmen have to find the source of a stream of chlorofluorocarbons North Africa.
- “The Big Storm" / "Brave Orangutan”: Nubess and Ventum have to get people to shelter during a tropical storm in Puerto Rico. / Nix and Fulmen, along with a new orangutan friend, have to stop the Maculans from destroying a jungle.
- “The Great Flood” (two-parter): Nix, Ventum and Fulmen have to rescue people and get the police department's rescue boats back during a typhoon in South Korea.
- “Clay Feet" / "Mayday Dugong”: Thermo and Pluvia have to stop an apartment building from sinking in Mexico City. / Nubess and Pluvia have to save some dugongs in Thailand.
- “Poor Parched Pachyderms" / "Theft At The Museum”: Ventum and Pluvia have to safely get a group of elephants to water in Kenya, Africa. / Nubess and Fulmen have to find out who is stealing things from a museum in the United Arab Emirates.
- “How It All Began” (two-parter): We find out how the MeteoHeroes came to be.
