Chaud and Proto Man encounter a thief given Asteroid Drill Man and seeks out components of a program that can open every lock in the world.
- A Day in the Limelight: For Chaud and Raoul.
- Affably Evil: Jackass is mostly polite to Chaud, Raoul, and the Netopian Net Police chief interrogating him.
- Foreshadowing: Jackass reveals his attempt of stealing Netopia's military data 20 years ago was foiled by Colonel. This bit of information would become important in later Stream episodes and the movie.
- Didn't Think This Through: Lan and Mega Man are relegated to the B-plot with Lan trying to get his PET out of a locked drawer after misplacing the key. He tries to drill the lock, then Mega Man reminds him his mom has it. He returns with the key only to see he can't put the key in because he drilled the lock.
- Greed: Jackass used his hacking programs to rob Netopia blind, making him overconfident and trying to hack into the Netopian military to sell for billions of zenny until Colonel stopped him and was arrested by Baryl. Rat wants the unlocking program for the same reason.
- This Is a Drill: Slur assigns Asteroid Drill Man to Rat.
