Mega Man has a nightmare where he attacks his friends. He requests Lan to take him to Sci Lab for an examination. To his horror, he finds the other navis recuperating indicating it wasn't a nightmare.
- The Bus Came Back: Shadow Man is rebuilt from deletion in Axess.
- Continuity Nod: Mega Man recognizes his dark counterpart when he was returning to present day after the time traveling adventure with Shade Man.
- Chekhov's Gag: The prank chip Lan used covered Mega Man in band-aids. Mega Man peels them off but misses one on his butt. This is how Lan is able to identify the Mega Man he's talking to and robbed the bank earlier is an imposter.
- Death by Irony: Dark Mega Man tries this by requesting Lan delete him. It doesn't work since Dark Mega Man never anticipated that Lan would never delete Mega Man.
- Late-Arrival Spoiler: Shadow Man's operator Miyabi makes his anime debut here.
- Late for School: The day after Mr. Famous examined Mega Man, has Lan rushing to get to school. Subverted when Lan arrives and finds the gate closed since its the weekend.
