Summary:

After being shoved to the ground by Galza, Sayo hits her head, causing her to mentally revert to a five year old.

• Pop-Culture Pun Episode Title: The episode's title comes from the manga Tsure ga Utsu ni Narimashite, which - qualifying it for Kiramager's Idiosyncratic Episode Naming motif - was adapted into a 2011 live-action film by Toei localized in English as My S.O. Has Got Depression. ^note  The episode's title is "Tsure ga Gosai ni Nari Machite" in Japanese, borrowing a couple of words and the sentence structure of the manga title.
• Shout-Out:
  • Tametomo strikes a pose not unlike Yusuke Godai's signature thumbs-up pose before getting caught by the MOTW. ^note  Rui Kihara (Tametomo's actor) has stated that he's a big fan of Kuuga and particularly loves Yusuke's signature pose.
• Tap on the Head: Sayo hitting her head, which sets the stage for the main plot of the episode. The second time happens near the end that undoes the first's side-effect.
• Took a Level in Badass: The episode shows that Sayo was crybaby in the past. Now she's a trained doctor and a Sentai warrior.
• Trigger Phrase: The episode reveals that if anything along the lines of "too late" or "life or death" get uttered around Sayo, she quickly turns the tide, no matter how dire the situation is.
