In 1944, retired Liberion Major Grace Maitland Steward travels to London to organize a new music-based witch squadron as a way of supporting those affected by the Neuroi invasions. Meanwhile, Britannian witch Virginia "Ginny" Robertson encounters fellow witches Inori Shibuya and Lyudmila Andreyevna "Milasha" Ruslanova at Piccadilly Circus.
