While Stephanie, Stingy, and Ziggy play spies, Robbie Rotten fakes his way to being elected mayor. After ousting Mayor Meanswell, he outlaws sportscandy and sports equipment, which doesn't sit right with the town or Sportacus. The Mayor decides to become a secret agent to get his job back, with Pixel providing gadgets.
Using the mayor's shoe phone to spy on Robbie, they learn of his tricks and vow to stop him, but Sportacus ends up trapped, and the Mayor and his favorite flower are in danger. It's up to the secret agents to help Sportacus and save the day!

- Near-Villain Victory: Robbie comes very close to victory in this episode, as Sportacus is trapped, the real mayor is in danger, and sports are outlawed. However, leaving the apple on the table just inches away from the trap that Sportacus was trapped in was his undoing.
