Lady Lovely Locks and the Maidens save a fisherman from drowning, who warns them that a sea monster attacked him. Ravenwaves plans to control the monster with magic, while Lady orders Mirror Lake off-limits until the mystery can be solved. Lady suspects Ravenwaves is behind the trouble, but the Looking Room shows her three village kids daring one another to go out on the lake. Brian goes out, but his boat sinks. He's able to reach an island, and Lady goes to rescue him, but the other kids are quickly captured by Ravenwaves.
The Pixietails save Megan and John, who fly off to warn the villagers. Meanwhile, Lady discovers the 'island' Brian is on is actually the monster, a giant sea dragon! Luckily, it's pretty friendly, but has been hurt by a fishhook. Lady helps it out, and when Hairball conjures up a storm to stop her, the sea dragon saves her and chases off Ravenwaves. Lady bids the monster goodbye as it returns to the lake. In a special segment for home viewers, Lady sees their balloon and happily flies off.
