Following the disastrous tasting, Gordon confronts the owners with an ultimatum that soon sparks a war between the waiters, chefs and owners over who is to blame for the restaurant's failings.

- Can't Take Criticism: Doug is accused of being unable to take criticism, hiding behind the veneer of not caring, while Sara gets into a yelling match over taking more tips than others.
- Clingy Jealous Girl: Not exactly jelous, but Rita followed Ramsay after he walked out after the successful relaunch, clinging to him and asking him to stay.
- The Ditz: Rosa, one of the waitresses, quickly gets caught by Ramsay on not knowing the ingredients of a certain dish, and her short memory causes issues when the POS terminals malfunction and the staff have to use paper checks.
- The Friend Nobody Likes: The moment Sara leaves, every other member of the staff lets out a breath, with Pat even commenting "Praise the Lord".
- Hair-Trigger Temper: Michele gets agitated by Gordon calling him out of his inefficient work and gets into an argument that ends with Ramsay threatening to take him outside and teach him a lesson in respect.
- I Need a Freaking Drink: After being convinced by Ramsay to stay for the rest of the evening at the restaurant, Lisa immediately requests a glass of wine.
- Professional Slacker: Rita confronts the staff about being lazy, and all but Sara agree with her assessment, saying that the atmosphere of incompetence has made them lazy.
- Screw This, I'm Outta Here: Sara (the waitress who tricked Gordon into ordering bad dishes in the first part) does this before the relaunch. She comes back, but the epilogue reveals she left again. Probably for the best, considering she was stiffing the rest of the wait staff on their share of the tips.
