Hank encourages Bobby to be a part of the school's Powder Puff team (a team where boys dress in drag and impersonate female cheerleaders). However, the boys learn that Peggy and the PTA are trying to put a stop to the tradition, as they feel it's sexist.

- Dirty Coward: Principal Moss fakes a heart attack rather than break the voting tie and get himself in trouble with the PTA.
- Ignored Epiphany: The PTA leader was implied to have been forced to leave her job as a lawyer in order to care for her children. When Peggy says that working mothers should be allowed to follow such a path if that's their decision, she seems to soften a little. However, she still refuses to let the Powder Puff game go through, as she thinks it'll undermine her as a leader.
- Loophole Abuse: Bobby and Peggy get back at the PTA leader for banning Powder Puff Cheerleading by pointing out that LGBT activities are protected by the community. That includes crossdressing.
- Swapped Roles: In contrast to their usual dynamic with Bobby's extracurriculars, Bobby has no interest in being part of the Powder Puff cheerleaders as he considers men in drag to be poor comedy, while Hank encourages it because it's an Arlen Middle School football tradition normally reserved for the players that he himself participated in.
