Rosa complains to Carlin that the jumper she was trying hard to find for so long has gone out of fashion. She notices that tears have formed streaks on her face. Barry comes to visit Carlin and sees a tear-stained Rosa. He asks what happened to her, but she runs home.

Rosa throws out all of the furniture from one of her rooms and sits in emptyness. She comes up with an idea: if it's not okay to be sad next to others, you can be sad in a special room where no one will bother you. She sits down facing the wall until falling asleep. The next day, Dokko approaches her. He reached the twelfth level in a computer game, but forgot to save. He heard Rosa has a room of melancholy and wants to spend some time in there. Soon, Krash, Barry, and Carlin also visit the room.

Pin crash lands his plane near Rosa's house and requests the room as well. Rosa initially refuses to let him in, since it was already taken by Olga, but still gives in. Olga strikes up a conversation with him, and he tells her about his problem. Rosa demands that they stop communicating and brings Wally to the room. Wally shares his problem with his friends as well, but Rosa re-enters the room and brings Dokko in. Everyone immediately runs to meet him and tells him about their problems. Dokko stands in the center of the room and asks if they have reached the thirteenth level.

Tropes:

  • Appearance Angst: Rosa whines about a dress that she was going to wear going out of fashion.
  • Continuity Nod: Among the things that Rosa throws away is a fairy tales book and a piano.
  • Cope by Pretending: Rosa tries to reassure herself that everything's wonderful... While throwing all the stuff out of her room while doing so.
  • The Un-Reveal: We don't know why most of the characters act sad. Krash and Barry's reasonings for entering Rosa's room sound more like Freudian Excuses than actual problems, while Olga enters the room without saying a single word.
