- And the Adventure Continues: The series ends with Kaito taking the rest of the original Zenkaigers plus Setchan travelling through the parallel worlds.
- Battle in the Center of the Mind: The final confrontation against the Creator takes place in Kaito's mind, with Kaito's body acting out both roles in front of his family, to their utter bewilderment.
- Bookends: Kaito is first seen in the series wanting to bungee jump off the Skytree before being kicked out by security. He tries it again here before having a case of deja vu.
- Breaking the Fourth Wall: Near the end, Kaito turns to the audience and tells them to take care.
- Chess with Death: Kaito’s victory over the Creator himself ultimately comes down to Rock–Paper–Scissors.
- Déjà Vu: Kaito re-enacts the first episode's attempt at bungee jumping off the Skytree, but despite Laser-Guided Amnesia making everyone involved assume this is the first time he's doing it, they're also puzzled at the huge sense of deja vu. This is a huge hint to Kaito that something is amiss.
- Grand Finale: This episode serves as the finale of Zenkaiger as a whole.
- Just Like Robin Hood: The Goldtsuiker siblings have decided to rob only from evil people.
- Laser-Guided Amnesia: Everyone on Earth loses all memories of the series due to the Creator. It doesn't last for Kaito.
- Meaningful Rename: Kaito's Earth is officially named Zenkaitopia, in honor of the Zenkaigers.
- Offered the Crown: The citizens of Kikaitopia offer to make Stacy their new king. Though he refuses the throne, he agrees to help rebuild.
- Offscreen Moment of Awesome: During the Time Skip, the rest of the Tozitend dynasty was arrested.
- Out-of-Character Alert: The beginning of the episode has Setchan not doing his Previously on… gimmick.
- Talking the Monster to Death: The final showdown with the Creator boils down to a single game of rock-paper-scissors, with Kaito winning paper-to-stone. The Creator then relents, saying he didn't actually want to segregate the Worlds, either.
- Time Skip: The last few scenes take place three months after the unification of worlds.
- Title-Only Opening: Taken even further with the show's title only appearing in a small size on the screen's upper right corner during a dialogue, akin to a minor eyecatch. "Zenryoku Zenkai! Zenkaiger" only plays over the second half of the end credits, and the episode title shows up right at the very end, along with a Close on Title ending.
- Wham Shot:
- Kaito pulls out one of his Gears... and it's completely blank. Isao and Mitsuko then proceeds to analyze it out of curiosity at what it is, despite being originally the inventors of said item and its system.
- Upon realizing that the Creator of Worlds is the cause of this, Kaito loudly demands that he show himself before it cuts to a completely white version of Kaito in an equally white landscape.
- When Dimensions Collide: Of a positive kind. After the rediscovery of the parallel worlds, everyone is free to travel in between all of them, establishing public relations and allowing residents to mingle and mix around as a result.
- "Where Are They Now?" Epilogue: The end of the series shows what's going on with everyone three months after Kaito's fight with the Creator.
- Kaito's world is now called Zenkaitopia and have made 100 peace treaties with other worlds.
- Kikaitopia now runs proper schools, with Vroon and Magine supporting as an educator and counselor respectively.
- Stacy is working on reparing Kikaitopia together with its citizens.
- Juran and Gaon still work at Colorful.
- Cutanner and Ricky are cured and now able to freely alternate between their human and SD forms. They and their older siblings now only steal from the rich.
- Where It All Began: After defeating the Creator, Kaito's final task is to destroy the Tojiru Gears stored at the top of the Skytree, where Kaito's journey began all the way back in the first episode.
- Kaito: We're gonna be the first in the worlds! The first Sentai to visit every single world! Zenryoku, zenkai!!
