We're all in this together, but why isn't Zocks helping out?! 'Cause they're needing a breather!
Setchan: (busily munching on kashiwa mochi; fumbles as he notices the audience) P-previously on Zenkaiger...!
(cut to a "One Moment Please" screen as hurried gulping sounds are heard)
...Meet the Goldtsuikers, a family of world-traveling World Pirates!
They promised not to mess with our world, but why are they here in the first place?

Kaito finds an issue with the Goldtsuikers' destructive way of life harming the innocents of their world, leading him to board their ship to question their intentions for coming to his world. Meanwhile on Earth, for some reason one afternoon feels like an eternity!?

Tropes

  • Call-Back: Kaito recalls the time where Juran and him got stuck in Sushi Wald's trap as a way to relate to the Goldtsuiker brothers' Forced Transformation situation.
  • Endless Daytime: Mahiru Wald's plot boils down to putting Earth under an eternal noon by making copies of the Sun to shine on it.
  • Gratuitous English:
    • When Kaito nods off in battle, Magine says "wake up" in English for him to keep it together.
    • The Goldtsuikers greet each other with "morning" in English, rather than the usual "ohayo".
  • Headbutting Heroes: The Zenkaigers are at complete odds with the Goldtsuikers' goals and methods, with Magine going as far to state that if they can't care for their world; there's no point in the Zenkaigers caring for them.
  • Let's You and Him Fight: Barashitara points out to Boccowaus that the discord between the Zenkaigers and the Goldtsuikers would prevent them from successfully defeating Mahiru Wald. He turns out to be right to an extent.
  • The Reveal: Tired of Kaito's persistent questioning, Flint reveals the Goldtsuikers are after SDtopia, which was sealed in a Tojiru Gear, in the hopes of finding a cure for Cutanner and Ricky's cursed forms. Additionally, they were unable to raid the Tozitend's base again due to tightened security, which forces them to take the less efficient route of slowly beating down the Tozitend's forces for it.
  • Shoot the Hostage: Mahiru Wald attempts to take a civilian hostage in order to deter Twokaizer. To the Wald and civilian's shock, Twokaizer fires at them anyway.
  • Spanner in the Works: Mahiru Wald's plot would have succeeded had it not been for the fact that Zocks spent his time aboard CrocoDaiOh and thus didn't experience 24-hour sunshine (that, and he doesn't really care about Earth or its inhabitants).
  • Surprisingly Realistic Outcome:
    • Having no sleep thanks to Mahiru Wald's machinations comes with quite a few consequences, with the most severe one being a exhausted truck driver crashing into a car when he was about ready to nod off.
    • Setchan running out of batteries hints that he's been already running for over a day, despite it being barely past noon and Kaito saying he should have been fully charged from his daily recharging the night before.
    • Most of the collateral damage that comes out of Zocks's fight with Mahiru Wald comes dangerously close to crushing some nearby civilians if it wasn't for the Zenkaigers swooping in to save them last minute.
    • Kaito ends up sleeping a couple of times throughout the mecha battle with Great Mahiru Wald due to not sleeping all day. It's only because of Magine and Vroon's intervention that he's able to keep it together until the Wald is destroyed.
    • Once the Zenkaigers defeat Mahiru Wald, they collapse because of how sleep-deprived they are.
