Kamen Rider Zero-Two has finally been created from the dream that Izu entrusted to Aruto! Zero-Two was able to outsmart the Ark's predictions, and destroy Kamen Rider Ark-Zero! However, the Ark's data still exists in Satellite Zea orbiting around the Earth in space, and as long as it exists, the Ark can be revived as many times as possible! Meanwhile, the Ark changes his plans to target Aruto Hiden, and initiates his destruction of the city from above! The destruction of humankind is now upon us! So, just what kind of decision will Aruto Hiden and the other Kamen Riders come to...?!

Episode Trope:

  • As Long as There Is Evil: Despite the Enemy Mine, Horobi is not changing his way of thinking any time soon because he firmly believes so long as humanity continues, its evils will also continue to exist, which would entail the eventual return of the Ark. And as long as humanity's evils continue, Horobi believes the HumaGears are not safe.
  • Bait-and-Switch: Gai decides that for the sake of the Hiden Intelligence he loves, he must resign from being its CEO and lends a hand to his replacement, which according to the camera angles looked to be Jun. The camera then changes to show that Aruto has just entered the room and was who Gai intended to recommend.
  • Beyond Redemption: Attempted, Horobi nearly cross the line by almost pulling his Attache Arrow towards a group of children and a pair of babysitter-type HumaGear before being unable to go through with it, flashing back to being unable to finish the fight with Jin before and Aruto's reminder that he's Jin's father.
  • Character Development: Horobi finally found his purpose by fighting back Ark and strengthen his resolve to destroy humanity with his own hand.
  • Enemy Mine: Horobi and Zero-Two work together to take down Ark.
  • Evil Versus Oblivion: The biggest reason Horobi teams up with Aruto to take down Ark is because the Ark would destroy HumaGears as well in its plan, whilst Horobi only believes that humanity must be destroyed for the sake of HumaGears.
  • He's Back!: Aruto is back in charge at Hiden Intelligence, after Gai resigns and turns the company over to him.
  • Kill Sat: With Ark possessing Zea, it uses the satellite to launch an attack on humanity.
  • Oh, Crap!: Ark has this reaction once it realizes Subaru and Raiden have disconnected it from Earth in order to trap it in Satellite Zea and destroy it in space with the Breaking Mammoth mech after escaping destruction on Earth.
    • Aruto has a similar reaction when despite their team up and Aruto encouraging him to find a dream Horobi is STILL going to continue his crusade to exterminate humanity, this time because he himself wants to.
  • Wham Line: Horobi delivers a grim one towards Aruto:
Horobi: My dream... is humanity's destruction.
