ZAIA Enterprise has now beaten Hiden Intelligence at two of the five parts of their "5-Part Workplace Competition"! The next stage of the competition involves a case between the Attorney-Type HumaGear and a ZAIA Spec user prosecutor, in which there has been a lawsuit presented due to marriage fraud! If the accused is guilty, then ZAIA Enterprise wins the trial, but if the accused is proven to be innocent, then Hiden Intelligence will win! However, it appears that the prosecutor seems to be suppressing some conclusive evidence in this trial...!
- Fighting from the Inside: During his breakdown of being wrong when accusing Naoto of being the Dynamiting Lion Raider, the Ark attempts to turn him into a Magia, but he manages to resist the Ark's influence. Unfortunately for him, Gai isn't having any of it.
- Red Eyes, Take Warning: Or rather Glowing Red Eyes, Take Warning. When Aruto hits his Rage Breaking Point, the core on Shining Assault Hopper's chest piece and his eyes start glowing red. This is especially bad as Shining Assault Hopper derives power from both Zea and the Ark, and we've recently seen what happens when someone falling prey to negative emotions and is connected to the Ark.
- Red Herring: Aruto and Bingo attempt to accuse Naoto of being the Dynamiting Lion Raider that attacked them due to his missing ZAIASPEC being found at the scene. Unfortunately, as Bingo detects it, Naoto is not lying when he denies the accusation.
- Rage Breaking Point: In the culmination of seeing the destruction of HumaGear with his own eyes, Zero-One unleashed his anger towards Thouser.
- Shout-Out: The teaser for the next episode asked "will the 99% chance of guilt see a turnabout?" That's a reference to the Turnabout Trial franchise. Bingo, the defense attorney, also wears a blue suit like Phoenix Wright's.
- Wham Shot: At the end of the episode, Shining Assault Hopper begins glowing red in his core and eyes...
