Tsumuri: The DGP management has commenced its "Bad End" game, allowing the audience themselves to doom the world and rob people of their happiness.
Thankfully, the Riders were able to thwart one such attempt, successfully rescuing Sara Sakurai in the process.

Shocked and angered over Keiwa's refusal to become the hero he envisioned, Kekera retaliates by abducting people and holding them hostage. Keiwa intercepts him, determined to put a stop to his supporter's madness and show him what Kamen Riders are truly all about.

Meanwhile, Zitt has acquired his own Rider form to claim Ace as the DGP's new God of Creation. But even in his current state, Geats refuses to go out without a fight...

Tropes

  • Big Damn Heroes: Kekera attempts to defy this trope by transforming other Kamen Riders, such as Neon, Win and Michinaga into inanimate objects, preventing Keiwa from getting any backup whatsoever. However, there are still non-Riders that can provide help, such as Daichi using his power over the Jyamato to free the captives instead of killing them.
  • Birds of a Feather: Keiwa and Daichi bond over the fact that they've both done terrible things and are given a chance at redemption.
  • The Bus Came Back: Suel returns to the scene once Zitt is defeated by Ace, to initiate his endgame against the world.
  • Call-Back:
    • Sara and Daichi are unaffected by Kekera's wish due to their ID Cores being unusable. This actually allows Daichi to help, given that his Jyamato powers were unaffected by Kekera's wish.
    • The captives Kekera takes are the three civilians from the Labyrinth game in the Scheme Arc. Considering the game in question is where Keiwa chooses to become a Kamen Rider under his own will, this is not a coincidence.
    • Ace breaking out of his chains is a recreation of him doing it in the opening.
    • Black Tsumuri handing out boxes like the original Tsumuri did in the first episode, right down to similar locales too.
  • Cliffhanger: Just as Ace and Keiwa meet again, Suel announces there will be one final Desire Grand Prix and Black Tsumuri has already sent out Drivers to participants. The episode ends with Suel transforming into Regad Omega as his game commences.
  • Didn't Think This Through: Part of Kekera's Bad End game involves the use of hostages at the Jyamatos' mercy. The problem with this is that he dragged Daichi along, who would make this a non-issue by freeing the hostages through his control over the Jyamato.
  • Exact Words:
    • Kekera wishes for Keiwa to be the only Rider around, as in the only Rider that can transform. This leaves Ace, Sara, and Daichi unaffected since they can't access their Rider Powers at the moment.
    • Keiwa thanking him for becoming a Kamen Rider is enough for Kekera to laugh, fulfilling his wish to stay until he gets his amusement.
  • For Happiness: Despite being shown to be nothing but an uncaring sociopath in the last few episodes, even after absorbing the memories of his victims, apparently Ace's exchange with Daichi in the previous episode leads him to shift his focus toward learning and obtaining happiness through his memories, leading him to assist Keiwa in this episode.
  • Forced Transformation: Kekera's wish for Keiwa to be the only Rider left turns Neon, Win, and Michinaga into inanimate objects. They turn back to normal after his defeat and death.
  • Good Costume Switch: It's subtle, but when Keiwa transforms into Bujin Sword, his eye tint is now colored red.
  • Go Out with a Smile: After Kekera's final defeat, Keiwa tells him he's still grateful for him being his sponsor since that was what enabled him to become a Kamen Rider in the first place. Kekera then lets out one final laugh before disappearing for good.
  • Heroic Willpower: Ace manages to avoid being turned into a statue by his own will, restoring him to his original form.
  • He's Back!: After a Roaring Rampage of Revenge using Bujin Sword Form, Tycoon makes a grand return in Ninja Form as he goes toe-to-toe with Kekera's Premium form, which had previously (together with Premium Beroba) annihilated Command Form. That said, Tycoon also uses Bujin Sword in a much more heroic light to finish the fight.
  • Irony: In #42, Daichi suggested Keiwa work together with him to take down Kekera due to him manipulating them both, with Keiwa obviously rejecting it. It surprisingly happens for real in this episode after Keiwa's Heel–Face Turn and Daichi's focus shifts to people's happiness.
  • It's Personal: Keiwa ends up clashing with his supporter Kekera over trying to be molded into what he saw was a real Kamen Rider especially since he intentionally endangered his sister Sara.
  • Karmic Jackpot: Keiwa forgiving Daichi led to him getting Keiwa out of his situation by using his Jyamato powers to control the Jyamato.
  • Killed Off for Real: Kekera and Zitt both meet their ends.
  • Laser-Guided Karma: Kekera allowed Daichi to go about his parasite game in exchange for making Keiwa suffer to become a Kamen Rider. This in turn made him a powerful enough Jyamato to command the other Jyamato into freeing the hostages, leading to his loss of leverage and eventually his loss of a fight.
  • Pre-Mortem One-Liner
Kekera: It's not a bad feeling, tussling with your fave.
Keiwa: Keep me out of your sick hobbies!
  • Sadistic Choice: Kekera firmly believes in the DGP's method of one's happiness being traded for another's, and forces Keiwa to either make one more wish so Ace's conversion can be completed or the hostages will die at the Jyamato's hands.
  • Sadistic Game Show: Kekera pulls out all the stops for his "Sunday Morning Comedy Session" with Keiwa, acting like an affable game show host while explaining that three innocent civilians will be fed to a pack of Jyamato complete with an upbeat orchestral accompaniment as if they were on an episode of Jeopardy.
  • Shout-Out: Kekera borrows Wiserue's "It's showtime!" catchphrase when announcing his game.
  • Spanner in the Works: Daichi's presence at Kekera's game allows him to drive away the Jyamato threatening Kekera's hostages, nullifying the latter's leverage over Keiwa.
  • Title Drop: While fighting with Keiwa, Kekera utters the episode's title.
Kekera: I hate to admit it, but... I'm getting the vibes of a true Kamen Rider from you.
  • Two Lines, No Waiting: Plot A deals with Kekera's final game against Keiwa, while Plot B deals with Ace and Zitt facing off against each other for the powers of creation.
  • Wham Shot: Zitt dissolves into particles and is absorbed into Suel, revealing himself to be a mere extension of the latter.
