Archimedel: Welcome back to the first round of the Jyamato Grand Prix: the Lightning Jyamato Festival.
Our Jyamato players are striving to bring misery and destruction upon the city.
Once those Kamen Riders have been dealt with, our world of misery will be realized!

The Jyamato have successfully erected two lightning turrets, with only three left to go. Opposing them are Geats, Tycoon and Na-Go, but the latter two are incapacitated by a lightning blast from a turret, leaving Geats as the only Rider well enough to fight.

As the stakes grow higher and more turrets are assembled, Ace must fight back against the Jyamato and save his allies and the city, but in order to defeat his foes and destroy the generators, he may need a little help from a certain someone...

Tropes

  • Chekhov's Gun: In-universe. Niram was allegedly aware of the four deferred wishes made from previous DGPs but dismissed their existence due to not understanding the intentions behind them. It was only when he saw the Goddess of Creation send specifically four Boost Buckles to Ace did he realize this was linked to those wishes, abruptly leaving Kosei's viewing room to confirm his suspicions.
  • Condescending Compassion: Daichi expresses fascination to Michinaga's Tastes Like Friendship moment with the Knight Jyamato, but it can come across as a mockery in a monster hanging out with its kind.
  • Curb-Stomp Battle: Geats's first usage of the Boost Mark II Buckle sends Buffa flying and completely trashes "Tohru"/Knight Jyamato and the Lightning Jyamato Festival in a spectacular way.
  • Deus ex Machina: The Goddess of Creation, of all things, decides to assist Ace by sending four more Boost Buckles to him to create the Boost Mark II Buckle. It was later revealed that this was due to four previous incarnations of Ace having all made a wish to assist the current incarnation at this moment, which was finally granted by the Goddess.
  • Friendship Denial: As the Knight Jyamato dies, Michinaga tells him that he only saw him as just another monster, while also accepting that Tohru will never come back.
  • Heroic Spirit: Invoked. Four of Ace's previous reincarnations have won a DGP each with the same wish, to grant the power to their reincarnation who steels his resolve. Ace ends up fulfilling those wishes in this episode which grants him Boost Mark II.
  • Loophole Abuse: When Ace goes on about his first wish being to be part of the Desire Grand Prix until his death... No-one in the DGP thought his first wish was way earlier than any of his other wishes.
  • The Show Must Go On: The temple priest decides to cancel the festival due to the Jyamato Grand Prix making it their playground. It takes the insistence of young Shouta and the protection of the Riders to make sure it happens without Jyamato interference.
  • Skewed Priorities: In the face of lightning turrets threatening whole town, Ziin's main concern is still about getting emotionally moved by joining Ace in battle. Ace calls him out on this, saying that this world may just be a game to Ziin, but to Ace, it's his reality.
  • That Man Is Dead: Michinaga refuses to help the Knight Jyamato with this reasoning. The real Tohru is dead, so there is no need to get involved with an impostor.
  • This Cannot Be!: Niram is bemused at the existence of Boost Mark II, seeing it as something that should not exist.
  • Unwitting Pawn: Buffa only makes use of "Tohru" as a way to figure out Geats' abilities, viewing him as just a monster.
  • Voice of the Legion: Ace's first transformation into Boost MK II Form has his voice being overlaid by several others', which are heavily implied to be his previous incarnations'.
  • Wham Shot: Niram raises four Desire Cards that have all just been granted, all of them having a similar/same first name as Ace and all of them having the same desire, realising that Ace's past incarnations were the source of his unforeseen Boost Mark II Raise Buckle and confirming his suspicions that Ace is a huge Spanner in the Works.
