Mr. Cat and Stumpy feel upset that Quack Quack is spending more time with Eugly than he is with them, so they try to sabotage the couple's relationship.
"Let's Play With Eugly" contains the following tropes:
- Defeat Means Friendship: When Eugly beats Stumpy at a video game, he decides that she's cool and wants to befriend her, which she gladly accepts.
- Does Not Know Her Own Strength: Eugly gives Stumpy a high-five which sends him flying into the air and crashing into a nearby tree.
- Friend Versus Lover: A one-sided example. Stumpy and Mr. Cat feel that Quack Quack has been spending too much time with Eugly, so they try to ruin their relationship so that they break up.
- Patchwork Kids: Discussed. Stumpy and Mr. Cat wonder what kind of babies Quack Quack (a duck) and Eugly (a rabbit) would have if they got married. They then imagine the results to be freaky hybrids with duck bills and rabbit teeth.
- Relationship Sabotage: Mr. Cat and Stumpy create false evidence of Quack Quack cheating on Eugly by borrowing his spare beak and using it to kiss Olga, and showing a picture of this to the bunny twins. It fails because Stumpy stupidly returns the beak to Quack Quack right in front of everyone.
- Troubled Fetal Position: Mr. Cat assumes fetal position and starts rocking back and forth after imagining what Quack Quack and Eugly's children would look like.
