* NotWhatItLooksLike: Malcolm's plan to drive off the paparazzi outside Trish's building is to give them a "tip" to send them to Griffin's place. This manages to chase off all but one of the photographers. The one who got overlooked snaps pictures of Malcolm getting into Trish's car and follows them to where they end up crossing paths with the fake "Dr. Hansen". One of the photographer's pictures captures the fake "Dr. Hansen" as she's fleeing the scene, which helps Jessica's case, but he puts one of the others out for circulation in the tabloids, making it seem like Trish has dumped Griffin for Malcolm.
