Ram and Viktoriya walk the corridors, wondering about the physical tests they'll be doing later. Ram does not care much about them, though, and prefers to center on Rem's growth. Pandora's Actor interrupts their talking, and after a while, proclaims how much he likes Viktoriya's military uniform.
During class, Rerugen reminds the students about the physical tests. Shalltear gushes about being able to do the physical tests on Ainz, only for Rerugen to correct her, telling her that she will be doing the tests on the girls. After Shalltear rages about not being the one to do it, to Darkness' admiration - while Ainz and Kazuma mentally apologize for the girls' behavior - Subaru asks who will be doing the boys' tests: this is up to Naofumi and Vanir. Vanir laughs about the boys who wanted to see naked girls, pointing that Naofumi will make sure no one tries to sneak away - only for Naofumi to not care about it, just saying that whoever tries it should be ready for the bad reputation they will get. Immediately, the guys pile on Kazuma being the most likely to try - and succeed, given his Born Lucky status. Kazuma considers the possibility, but drops it.
In the infirmary, Rem successfully ties up Albedo and Shalltear, who wanted to sneak away to peek on Ainz: Albedo points out that Rem would probably want to peek on Subaru, but Rem points out that she could probably give him a "private" testing later, an idea the two Floor Guardians like, while Wiz unsuccessfully tries to measure Tanya's height.
Cocytus asks Subaru if he doesn't intend to try and peek on the girls, but Subaru answers that he's not the type to sneak around, much to Cocytus' approval - and that of Julius, who approves of Subaru behaving like a knight, causing Subaru to shake because of the feeling he has of someone thinking themselves better than him. Cocytus then asks Weiss the same of him and his men: Weiss answers that they prefer having fun to seeing naked girls. Subaru asks if it is because they are scared of Tanya, but Weiss replies that, surprisingly, Tanya does not care unless it goes against the military code - and the other soldiers tell him they will tell Tanya about that reaction.
Megumin is doing the optical test, with less than optimal results, because she insists on doing it with her eyepatch on. Tanya calls her out on her behavior, pointing out that she can - and has - taken it off multiple times. Megumin replies that she knows someone likes it - Ainz. Or, at least, that's what Pandora's Actor told her earlier. Albedo shakes in jealousy while Tanya muses that she should reconsider what she knows of Ainz, while Wiz has, once more, trouble measuring another of the girls - this time Filo. With the tests finished, Wiz tells the girls to get dressed and return to class, much to Kazuma's chagrin, as he had just managed to reach the infirmary to peek on the girls.
The day finished, Ainz is ready to leave, but Albedo comes running, telling him that she understands his tastes better than Megumun, much to Ainz's confusion. Megumin makes a comment that only leaves Ainz even more confused and begins to laugh, while Ram looks on smugly.
