What should have been a simple trip to the bank goes a bit haywire...
Tropes that terrified a bank full of goblins include:
- Didn't See That Coming: Applejack's natural Super-Strength (due to her being an Earth pony) allows her to buck a goblin across a room (which would have killed him if Twilight hadn't performed a few healing spells) and then to kick a desk into a wall hard enough to break said desk and crack said wall. The goblins are left with a very healthy fear of Equestrians.
- Pass the Popcorn: Pinkie does this with the goblins during the showdown in the bank vault.
- Shout-Out: Pinkie Pie, when she hears that more goblins are coming, excitedly asks if Jarreth will be with them (and is disappointed when he isn't).
