iGo One Direction is the 2nd episode in the 5th season of iCarly.
When the iCarlys book One Direction to perform during the show, Harry Styles accidentally drinks Carly's contaminated water from when she had a sickness called "jungle worms", and ends up catching the disease himself.
Meanwhile, Spencer builds an omni-flex and attempts to get a fitness expert to come over for lessons but she sends her bratty daughter instead.
Tropes:
- Big "NO!": Carly screams one when she catches Freddie about to drink from her congested water bottle.
- The Cameo: T-Bo briefly appears to take photos of 1D.
- Exact Words: When Justine looks at the Omni-Flex, she asks Spencer if he's looking for new people to exercise and schedules a workout for tomorrow at 7:00 PM. She never said she wanted to workout, which is why her bratty daughter Bethany showed up instead.
- Make Over Montage: One occurs when Spencer gives Bethany a makeover. The results are...not pretty.
- No Ending: Spencer's storyline ends when he gives Bethany a terrible makeover and she leaves. It is lampshaded when Spencer yells that their story can't end with no resolution.
- Playing Sick: While Harry Styles does get sick from drinking Carly's contaminated water, he eventually gets better but pretends to still be sick so he can continue being nursed by Carly.
- Promoted Fanboy: In-Universe example. Gibby is a huge fan of One Direction and get to sing with them as a ploy to get their lead singer to stop pretending to be sick so he could keep staying at Carly's and be nursed by her.
