Go To

  • Babies Ever After: Cameron has remarried since her divorce from Chase and is now a mother.
  • The Bus Came Back: Stacy, Cameron and Masters return for House's funeral. Kutner and Amber, who both died 3 seasons earlier, appear as hallucinations.
  • Faking the Dead: Gregory House.
  • Grand Finale: The final episode of the series, after 177 episodes.
  • Heel–Face Turn: Zigzagged. While talking to Cameron-hallucination, House, who have claimed for years that people don't change, states that he can change and become a better person, if he really wants to.
  • It's the Journey That Counts: the episode, in which House is revealed to be standing in a burning building next to the body of a man he had treated a few days earlier: at first, it appeared that the patient had a terminal diagnosis, and so, thinking he was about to die, he volunteered to take the blame for House's misdeeds in the previous episode so that the doctor could be free for the last months of Wilson's life. However, House discovered that the man's condition was completely treatable and refused to let the patient ruin his life. Sadly, the man died anyway of an overdose, but it is not All for Nothing, as the visions House has next to the man's body in the burning building allow him to realise that his decision to refuse to let an innocent man be sacrificed for his mistake means that he is indeed a good man and that he cannot give up trying to change and become better.
  • Secret-Keeper: Foreman figures out in the episode's final moments that House is alive, which makes him visibly happy.
