* ItsTheJourneyThatCounts: the episode, it is revealed that House is standing in a burning building next to the body of a man he had treated a few days earlier: initially, it appeared that the patient had a terminal diagnosis and so, thinking that he would die soon, he was willing to take the blame for House's misdeeds in the previous episode so that the doctor could be free for the last months of Wilson's life. However, House discovered that the man's condition was completely treatable, so he refused to let the patient ruin his life. Sadly, the man still dies of an overdose, but it is not AllForNothing, because the dreams House has next to the man's body in the burning building allow him to the epiphany that his decision to refuse to let an innocent man be sacrificed for his mistake means that he is indeed a good person and that he cannot give up trying to change and become better.
