Henry's nerves are tested when Mitch and his family show up at his place for dinner, and his youngest brother happens to be dating Piper while his oldest turns out to be the dumbest criminal in Swellview, Jeff.

- Bait-and-Switch: Just after Jeff reveals he stole the Venetian ham, the cops show up. Everyone eats the ham and the cops come in...but they reveal they weren't here for stolen ham, but for stolen Fresno Girl dolls that happened to be possessed by Piper, thus she is the one arrested.
- Bottle Episode: Most of the episode takes place inside the Hart's living room, with the Man Cave showing up at the beginning, middle, and end.
- Brick Joke:
- The cheese in the book that Henry and Jake sample while Piper is cooking is brought up again when Mitch notices it.
- Jake secretly stuffs some bread into the heads of the Fresno Girl dolls so he and Henry can eat while Piper is oblivious; when it was revealed the dolls were illegal and the real reason why the cops showed up, one of the cops reveals the bread inside before arresting Piper.
- Eat the Evidence: The Harts and Bilskys eat Jeff's Venetian ham before the cops come in, since if there's no evidence, they won't arrest him.
- It Runs in the Family: Mitch's relatives (save for Billy) have all committed a heinous deed one way or another; his mother Britney punched Miss Swellview, and Jeff stole some Venetian ham.
- Oh, Crap!: This is Piper's reaction when she realizes she is the one going to jail and not Jeff, after the cops reveal the illegal Fresno Girl dolls.Piper: Oh, geez...
- The Reveal: Jeff, Swellview's dumbest criminal, is Mitch's brother.
- Token Good Teammate: Billy is the least mean of the Bilskys, having not committed a single crime and caring for his brothers in every way. He is also dating Piper and was upset when she got taken to jail.
