The Divine Generals Assembly
Through her letters to Vajra, Friday reveals that she has opened up a new resort called "Alohas Super Resort" and invites the Divine Generals as a possible venue for their assembly.
The place is designed to encourage the idea of workations, a lifestyle combination between work and vacation; yet the girls end up facing more vacation than actual work being done.
Tropes
- Attention Deficit... Ooh, Shiny!: A lot of the times the assembly never starts is due to at least one of the girls getting interested on something else, with the rest following suit.
- Didn't Think This Through: Lantana mentioning that the Divine Generals are at the luau drew a lot more attention than necessary, causing the girls to delay their assembly one more time.
- Everyone Has Standards: Lantana eventually had enough of Tiare's shenanigans after she replaced one of the wheels on Catura's gearcycle with pineapple and fixed it back himself.
- Freudian Excuse Is No Excuse: Despite Tiare trying to push the vacation as much as she could to the Divine Generals, she's still actively hampering their duties, leading to Catura putting her foot down and the other generals following suit.
- Not So Similar: Despite Tiare and Lantana working hard at the young age like the Divine Generals, the main difference is that the Divine Generals chose their current path leading to their new friends, something the two never had the luxury of which Lantana points out.
- Poke the Poodle: The most "evil" thing Tiare really does is one of the wheels on Catura's gearcycle with a pineapple slice.
- Psychological Projection: Tiare projecting her Child Soldier past onto the Divine Generals is the main reason she tries to get them to relax as much as possible.
- Skewed Priorities: Even though the assembly is supposed to have serious talk, the main topic Andira brought up is if she's okay calling Vikala and Catura as "Vicky" and "Cat" respectively. Vyrn internally lampshades how unnecessary it was to ask in a serious meeting.
