HEAT digs deeper into the conspiracy to find out the aliens' true plans. Meanwhile, the aliens have prepared something to deal with Godzilla.

- Body Horror: Over the course of this episode, Soffler and Hoffman are slowly mutating into looking like their alien masters.
- The Bus Came Back: Both the Cryptocleidus and King Cobra make their return.
- Dressing as the Enemy: Nick and Craven disguise themselves as Site Omega workers to infiltrate the base. Randy and Monique unfortunately mistake them to be under the aliens' Mind Control.
- Let's You and Him Fight: Monique and Randy transmits radar signals to trick the Giant Bat into attacking the Cryptocleidus.
- Shout-Out: Cyber Godzilla's attack on Tokyo is a direct tribute to Godzilla's origins in Japan.
- Teeth-Clenched Teamwork: All the monsters were ready to tear Godzilla apart for their previous defeats with the aliens being the only ones to put them in check.
- We Can Rebuild Him: The aliens bring back the original Godzilla, now as a cyborg under their control.
